Técnica de Reconstrução do Folheto da Valva Aórtica Com Pericárdio Autólogo
O Curso busca introduzir o aluno a técnica ATLAS, técnica de reconstrução/construção da válvula aórtica com pericárdio, sem utilização de próteses biológicas ou mecânicas nos diversos cenários e indicações, o curso irá ser realizado em aulas teórico prática no Centro Avançado de treinamento Cirúrgico HAOC (Em inglês) sob a tutoria do renomado Prof Takeo Teodorya do Japão, técnica essa que foi desenvolvida e é utilizada por cirurgiões japoneses com base em evidência científica.

Lecture on Introduction of ATLAS
(Aortic tri-leaflet anatomica reconstruction surgery)
- Anatomy and Function of the Aortic Valve(10 minutes)
Review the anatomy and function of the aortic root and aortic valve based on the textbook by Professor Song, the Korean cardiac surgeon who originated the basic concepts of this procedure. - Concept of Aortic Valve Leaflet
Reconstruction (30 minutes)
The concept of this procedure, which was conceived based on the anatomy and physiological behavior of the aortic valve and aortic root, will be shared with all participants. Furthermore, the basic procedure of this procedure will be described and previous experience and special TIPs will be presented. - Question and Answer Session (20 minutes)
Questions from participants on all aspects of the lecture will be answered to the best of our ability.
TECHNICAL TRAINING OF ATLAS PROCEDURE USING DONATCADAVERS
MODERATORS: TAKEO TEDORIYA AND RAFAEL OTTO SCHNEIDEWIND
- Model procedure by the lecturer (30 minutes)
The instructor will show a model of the procedure.
Due to time constraints, the lecture will focus on two leaflets and the computation stitch. - Hands on training by the participants (120 minutes)
Hands-on training of ATLAS by participants - Wrap-up the session (20 minutes)
Questions and answers about all the sessions and future information sharing
O Curso ensina o conceito teórico/prático da técnica ATLAS de reconstrução/construção da válvula aórtica através da utilização de pericárdio (autólogo ou bovino), técnica embasada em evidências científicas e com indicações específicas desenvolvida por cirurgiões japoneses assim como o uso do material correto e dicas para o procedimento.
